MY STORY
An Ordinary Life Marked by an Extraordinary God
I have followed Christ for many years, but my journey with Him has not been a straight line. There have been seasons of strong faith and seasons of complacency, times of joy and periods of deep loss, moments when I trusted God completely and others when I struggled to understand what He was doing.
Through marriage, motherhood, military life, ministry, unexpected responsibilities, grief, and the many changes that come with life, one truth has remained constant: God has been faithful.
In January 2025, God opened my eyes to that truth in an unexpected way. During an ordinary morning Bible study, I sensed a simple prompting: Go to the attic. I followed it and discovered a forgotten ribbon that God used to open my eyes to His presence and His work throughout my life.
That unexpected encounter became The Ribbon of My Life and sparked a desire to encourage other women to look for God in the ordinary moments of their lives.
